Classic project management tools are complex. It’s hard to see at a glance what progress has been made. You can’t send a link to your colleagues when they ask “What’s the progress?”
That’s why we have created the reporting dashboard. It allows to see the progress at a glance and helps to speed up the process saving your time, money, and energy. Our dashboard allows you to:
On the right side, you can see the progress bar, status window, and daily updates from the developers. Daily updates help you to see what developers have been working on. It gives you peace of mind and allows you to spot an issue way before it turns in to a real problem.
On the left side, you can see the project-related information, including your dev team info and links to the documentation. With our dashboard, you don’t need to upload the documents, just insert links to your existing shared documents. This way you don’t have to “re-manage” access rights.
The status window contains information related to the “Estimated Completion Date”, “Roadblocks” and “Remaining tasks”. 90% of all delays are caused by communication delays (for example, you think you asked the devs to do something and they forgot. Or the devs asked you to send some additional info and you forgot). To avoid that, we have a field entitled “Roadblocks”. If it’s not empty, it will appear every day along with your daily updates, so you have 0% chance of missing it.
The “All Project” page provides you with the ability to start as many projects as you want, and get a progress overview on all of them at a glance. To create a PDF report for your management team, simply click “Print” and it will be emailed to you. It’s that simple. Try it.
