StayBook
StayBook is a hotel booking platform built on a microservices architecture (Python/Django + React + Kafka). Dmitry was responsible for testing backend APIs, validating booking flows, pricing, discounts, and data consistency between services. He created Postman collections for API testing, checked microservice communication via Kafka, analyzed logs in Kibana, and validated database records in PostgreSQL. Dmitry tested UI/UX, verified layouts in Figma, used Charles Proxy to intercept and modify requests, and performed smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. He participated in Scrum rituals and collaborated with developers and analysts to improve testing processes.
