The Starshell project involved monitoring content of a delicate nature on social network sites. This was done via teams consisting of users (observers) and agents (watchers). Agents provide permission for the monitoring of their social networks via email (there is a redirect to a page where the user can choose which of their social networks can be monitored). Users are those who ask for permission to monitor agents. They can join existing teams or create new ones. They can also draw up the rules by which to identify undesirable content.
