Challenge
Starshell approached DevTeam.Space with the task of building a system to monitor delicate content on social network websites.
Solution
After the technical design phase, our expert development team developed a custom social network content monitoring solution and integrated it with major social networks and the Starshell website. The overall architecture of this solution is the following: our developers created a "team" entity that consisted of users (observers) and agents (watchers). Agents provided permission to monitor their social networks via email (via a redirect to a page where the user could choose which social networks could be monitored). Users can ask for permission to monitor agents, as well as join existing teams or create new teams. Users can also draw up the rules to identify and flag undesirable content.
Results
As a result, Starshell can now provide an engaging mechanism to educate its users on social content issues and a practical solution that can provide statistical data on social network engagement and the danger of undesirable content.
