In the Practico project, a meditation and sleep normalization app, Niko contributed to the development and expansion of the product. He led localization efforts into English, Polish, and German, enabling international rollout. He also implemented Google and Apple sign-in for existing users while preserving their local data and subscriptions. Niko integrated comprehensive analytics using Firebase, Amplitude, AppHud, AppsFlyer, and Adjust to support product strategy and investor relations.
